There are no such thing as a new follow limit for 2024. It depends on several factors: the type of proxy you use, the age of your account, the other actions you also automate at the same time (DMs? Likes?...). Try to keep track of everything to find out your limits based on the above parameters. 45 per day can be considered a good starting point, and gradually increase from there.

The maximum number of accounts you can follow on Instagram is 7,500. You are only allowed to follow 200 new accounts within a 24-hour period. Follow around 20 accounts per hour to avoid being detected as spam.

But start with warmup limits like 40-50 a day then gradually increase 10-15 per day. You need to test where you hit blocks and for example if you hit blocks at 140 then stay below that only, you got your approx limits for that account now.

Instagram has recently implemented new follow limits to prevent spam and improve user experience. These limits vary depending on the age of your account and how many followers you already have. For accounts that are less than a few months old, the follow limit is around 30-50 follows per hour. Once your account has been active for longer and gained more followers, this limit can increase to around 100-200 follows per hour.

by accident, from the smm panel, instead of setting the drip feed to 20x5, I set it to 200x5, before I knew it, I had over 450 followers in 5 minutes, nothing happened, the account is alive. similarly, in the case of post likes, I made a mistake and added 3,700 in less than an hour. everything is fine. I have had an account since 2010. If this happened every day, they would probably pay attention to it.

It's still 200 per day by my standards assuming your account's trust score is high enough to not get action blocked at the lower stages; they haven't changed daily follow limits in over 2 years.

That depends on your other actions as well. You can follow up to 100 - 200 per day.. but also factor in your functionality such liking ..commenting and sharing .. also dm's
