New instagram account

Noobie Question

I'm going to use follow liker for 3 accounts. i have created these from my phone. it is from understanding that i do not need to use proxies if I'm just going to use 3 accounts. Is this correct?

Also, am i still able to assess the instagram accounts from my phone once i start using follow liker or will this cause ban? thanks
