New idea

Hey guys this Forum has been very helpful, and I just came around to having a new idea, but can't get a catchy name.
I am thinking of opening up a weed delivery service. I am going to invest a good amount of money with a partner, but we just started and need help of thinking of a name for the delivery service that might later on translate into an app. Any suggestions would be great, thanks!

If your in the US and are considering opening a "weed delivery service" as you call it, and are trying to take advantage of recently passed state laws. You still need to consider that the federal government has not decriminalized the sale or delivery of marijuana. In there eyes you will be running an illegal business. (and that is one of the charges you will get BTW). And having to pay taxes to the federal government, will surly take you down eventually. I would go for a more stable income, with less risk involved. There are hundreds of people doing prison time as we speak, for trying what your considering ( if that's what your considering ).

Just what we need. More degenerates

Actually the US government is no longer enforcing federal marijuana laws at the user level while they wait to see if the states can regulate the business.

A weed delivery service in states where weed is legal is very good idea, but you will need to see if the state allows people to have someone pick it up and transport it.

This is the problem with making booxe too. You can build a still and make alcohol for your use, or for people who visit you to use while they are visiting. It is not illegal to make your own beer or liquor.

It IS however illegal to transport it.

In states where this is allowed it is perfectly legal enterprise, and the US (Obama) has decided that controlling it is a state's rights issue.

Obviously you know nothing about weed. 65 million Americans casually smoke weed, and most of them are contributing members of society you would never think smoke.

Unlike alcohol, which makes you want to fight, then lets your mind take a nap while your body goes on auto pilot, and if you continue to indulge it will kill you or allow you to get behind a wheel and kill strangers, weed mellows you out and if you over do it, it will make you lay down and go to sleep.

People die from alcohol poisioniong all the time, no one has EVER died from excessive marijuana use.

Let me put that "EVER" in perspective: "In the whole history of mankind"



If there are degenerates, it is the boozers who drink more than they can handle and then pick fights and kill people.

I live in CO where all my out of state friends think there are drug crazed reefer addicts on every street corner... when it actually is not that big a deal. As for legality, that I don't think you can do that as they limit the amount that individual can purchase recreationally (depending on whether you're a resident or not). And with mobile delivery, how would they know the end user? But if you do...
