If your just starting out, you could actually just build a website that uses google search to search a set of predetermined job sites. Then advertise the site.
Its an easy project to complete, and will be useful right away. Anything more complicated is a bit out of your league atm.
could be something like search-a-job, thejobengine, or give-me-a-jobby-job.

Perhaps you could name it after something memorable yet seemingly irrelevant...how about, MONSTER!
In all seriousness, there are tons of these out there already but if you insist then don't let anyone stop you.

OP, this might be a new idea for you but there is huge competition in the employment/recruitment industry. Do you have experience in this field? Might be better to come up with a another idea.
How about a new website where people can list their second hand goods and maybe auction them off to the highest bidder?
Now you just need to come up with a name.

You can literally think of any random name, there are already hundreds... or thousands of comapnies doing the same thing.I hope you understand what you are getting into competition wise. Have a look at some already established companies and think if you think you can match/beat them. It might be best at first to focus on a particular niche, such an financial or social work etc.
Thanks for your advice guys, but do they have sites that search jobs through Indeed, SimlyHired, CareerJet, CareerBuilder, Monster, JobStreet and Naukri? The site will look something like this, http://www.job.enewsindia.net, very user friendly. Do all of the other websites do the same thing?

Just searching Google with "Job Search Engine" brings up a lots.
Not trying to put you off but there is huge competition.
If you really want to go through with it then it might be better to be a specialised/niche job search engine.
Be the go to site for Jobs within a specific industry.
