ibuypower
originpc use Blackhat SEO techniques? or with the very few companies offering custom gaming pcs would it be suicide?

Without giving a thorough review of these sites, I can tell you that if these companies are in business seriously for the long term, they will probably avoid behaviors that will cause them to lose money. I'm sure there are a lot of businesses that tread in the grey area but I think that most will want to be on the up and up.

Not sure if you remember in 2011 when JCPenney got blasted for using black hat techniques on a massive scale,

Great article, Ive been browsing around online, and since i know NOTHING of SEO, its diffucult to determine if the pages ive landed thatsell SEO optimazation use these blackhat techniques.

Is there any way of knowing ?

You should use white hat seo to be ranked good on google. And you will have to take care about spamming backlinks and use unique contents that will be get better result.
