There's already been some very good advice and tips given (thanks guys!) so my 2 cents is to read, read, read. You'll find that there are some stickied rules in certain sections that supplement the main Terms and Rules.

Also, one of the big things I notice is new users like yourself often get confused about what section to post in. If you weren't aware, https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/newbie-guide.242/ dedicated to new users. It's worth spending time going through it since it'll contain all sorts of bits that you might not know. We already have a topic started on https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/what-section-should-i-create-my-thread-in.1292037/. If your'e still not sure, you can always ask for advice in that thread and someone from the community team will come by and answer you!
