New here with a related question.

Hello im new here and happy to join this forum.
I may have found some method with buying germany sim cards but the problem is i dont live there and it requires a valid passport number to activate the sim card.
Now i have been looking everywhere for someone from germany who can activate the sim cards for me with his details and i have no problems paying him for his services but i can't find anyone and i was wondering which section i should post it in?
