Start with in-page SEO, start with a really good niche, make titles interesting, limit those to 50-60 characters, make your description around 150 characters, make a sitemap, if you're using wordpress it would be create automatically for you, content is king.

I would recommend you stay away from AI content. Write yourself. Take help from AI in generating an outline for an article or give some content ideas. However, generating the content entirely with the help of AI is not going to give you any fruitful results, especially when you are starting out.
For starters, I would recommend you to read as much as you can from learningseo.io.
After you learn the basics, you can use the search function on this site to learn about any topic in detail. For example - On-Page SEO, Black Hat SEO, Topical Authority, and Link building.
