Hi everyone,
Just joined after lurking for a while. My background is in large-scale ops, process engineering and systems design, mostly automotive, now applying some of that thinking to leaner online models. Always been fascinated by the hustle and how some of you scale with minimal overhead while following industry standard lean manufacturing principles to the T. Looking forward to learning more and maybe trading notes on keeping things running smooth behind the scenes.
