New here. Need help getting started!

hey guys i just joined this site today hoping to find some help. I am very new to this and don't know much about it. I need all the help i can get. I somewhat know the basics but not all the important detail. If there is someone who woud like to help me it would be much appreciated. :feedback:

can someone at least point me in the right direction? i don't mind reading stickies i just don't know which ones to read. I am a total noob with IM. I need to know about everything. Thanks.

CAN someone please just tell me where to start. I dont need anyone to sit here an spoon feed me. I just want to learn this stuff and im not sure where to start. Surely someone on here knows what i should be doing? Any advice would be appreciated. uppy_dog
