New here! Looking for some help,

Hi,
I have been looking at the whole website a being completely fascinated, its all I've wanted in a website. I'm 15 and am all ways looking for things to do, to make a little money. This website seems to be the place for some more pointers! But I'm not an experienced business man I have an interest in technology and web based stuff but can someone please explain a few things for me?
1) what does everything mean?.. the web proxy's and stuff what are they all?
2) I want to make a few quid a week.. literary just 10 or 20 pounds would be great, to keep me busy and stop pestering my parents for the next bit for my bike (I'm a cyclist) maybe just doing little things for people or buying and selling for myself?

I don't think anyone here will handfeed you the answers to your questions. I will say that it's good you're getting into the business at a young age- it's always good to start early. But if you're serious about this business, it will require you a lot of research and self learning on your part. Keep in mind Google is your friend. Want to know what web proxies are? Google it.

You're a cyclist? How about you make a blog about cycling, monetize it with AdSense? Or maybe apply to affiliate programs and write bicycle reviews on your site? The trick is to keeping you interested in your project, otherwise you're just going to get bored.
