Hey,
Long time lurker, I used to run adult sites back in 98, I was 27ish but never used this place as a resource unfortunately, comprehension issues. First off any one and I mean anyone can do this because I once did it and i'm not special and I have learning issues.
Don't quit and just keep going, it takes time, a good 6 months to a year, don't take any days off. But if you give it enough dedication towards that goal. Good things will happen to you! Be smart with your money it might not last forever
Back then I had about 50 domains trying to build a PBN and got caught up in paid tgp submissions because well SEO took time and patience. Also had phone sex # that did well, put those on my tgp pages. Made enough to buy at the time, a 800k house. The money was insane. "buy porn here" lol. Tube sites came along and google did its thing oh and the dot. bubble. Everything came crashing down. Sold the house before the market crash, friends vanished, got depressed, started drinking a lot, almost died from alcohol detox. Been to rehab 3 times, sober now almost 4 years. I am now 47. uggh
Been at my job 4 years, work fulltime and it sucks, no growth and underpaid with young adults who rather no joke, print themselves fake laminated certificates for projects they worked on but have zero knowledge or did shit on. Anyways my time is limited, oh ya if you are young, DO NOT WASTE THAT PRECIOUS TIME. Kids come around, kiss your time good bye. I have decided to dedicate every minute I have to my projects. I stopped playing MMO's and really focusing on getting free.
I am just overloaded with methods and information. Not sure where to start.
I MISS THE FREEDOM.. that to me is more important than money. I currently make about 2k after taxes.
My FREEDOM is not that far away. I would make my wife very happy if I could bring in 3k a month she could quit her 2nd job.
My knowledge: wordpress/photoshop/video editing/design/ not sure about my seo skills. Not sure how to gauge that. You can see my projects below
I have 3 domains up not even 30 days old really. 2nd one was up last year but stopped working on it. now its being updated again.
nudieblog a domain i just re purchased that I owned back in 98. I will be promoting specific cam girls with on page seo. Not sure if this is over done but I am doing this to get back into to the flow of working on SOMETHING, not just reading this forum.
pornvrmarket, porn the next big thing maybe. Video trailers that I am promoting via adding intro and outro to adult content and promoting it video Pornhub and such with on page SEO.
I believe porn re upload is kinda of the new tgp galleries? I am so out of the loop.
MDgreenery, I was thinking of building a resource site for my states medical card users. carry all the products strains and such that our state carries. Dispensaries love the idea. I just don't have the php knowledge to put it all together I have the database and data. Just don't have the time to learn php right now.
I am always looking for feedback and suggestions.
I am here to learn and find a mentor/friends who I can just discord with and chat seo. I am just looking for a little guidance.
I am more then willing to barter for guidance and friendship.
Sorry if this is too long, I don't have any friends who I can talk to, i don't open up much and it's been a tough patch but I am so focused and motivated to quit my job now. This place has revived my interest like I was young again.
