New here (is JCI offline?)

I'm new on forum.

I work with black hat ads on google ads and JCI.

I always ready this forum, but i never created an account.

I dont know, if here is the correct place, but I have a question.

Is JCI offline?? My JCI campaigns are not running since yesterday, and the MrBlackJack didnt reply my emails and telegram messages
