Cool forum! Looks like it has some good resources. I'm not really familiar with the term "Black Hat", altho I've seen several forums relating to it.

Anyway, I've been an adult webmaster since 1997, am very laid back, and love the internet and technology in general. :)

Can you describe in one sentence how the role of an adult webmaster has changed - 1997 vs 2015?
 
Thanks everyone!! jiayu2301, it's pretty much the same for me. I've always run extremely specific niche adult sites (extreme fantasy) and the "market" has remained unchanged. :)
