New here. can someone teach me the basics

Ive been reading random threads for the past two hours and i seem to be learning a little but most of it seems so confusing because i do not know the basics/ and the lingo you guys use.

can someone link me to a couple of threads that i can read that will teach me the basics and all the lingo of IM.

What part of IM is the best to get into for someone who isnt incredible tech savvy? im on my computer all the time but i wouldnt be able to make a website or anything complicated like that

Most of the threads and methods you read here are expect a certain level of IM experience. You should probably start by searching through the forums for IM basics before attemting to take action on the methods.

Just read something very basic about SEO, the terminology, what are the main factors that rank a site offpage/onpage, Keep reading and actually try for yourself. The best method of learning is through your own experience as you will find what works for you.
