You could download a template from somewhere or follow a tutorial on youtube to build a simple lander with a movie theme to it. Tons on there. Cheap if you want to buy too. Learn about hosting, and upload it.

Think of an idea that you could show content for, like "secret webcams for only fans models with a preview of the model"

Create thumbnails. Put CPA locker on link to the video. Redirect on completion of CPA offer to page with "Sorry this user's webcam is unavailable atm, please view one of our other models instead"

Link to your custom chaterbate lander and make cash too from signups.
