New guy needing help!

Hey,

So I am fairly new to this whole thing and I am trying to mix and match different methods on this site.

First thing I have done is creat a blog. I've not done much in way of monetizing this site yet but have made a good start. ( I think!!)

Dude, I'd start by reading a few hundred posts from this forum. There is a wealth of information here from all the pros.

I would suggest to do some keyword research and get a domain name .com/net/org should be good. Free is an option but you own nothing of your content.

Use namecheap to register as it provides free Whois protection. Also now with the recent updates its good to create a blog with a niche that you know and love.
This way you will always update it (so mr.g00gle will love you) and enjoy it at the same time.

Creating a blog about making money while you ask the same thing is not the wisest thing, but you can always outsource the articles so its up to you.

I really think you should get a design theme custom tailored to how you want to present yourself to your readers. This involves some psychological researching, but it will pay off in the end. As for content wise, the same goes for that. Money method could be cpa and affiliate sign ups, adsense, or simply renting out blog space to individuals. If you need free help on figuring out keywords or additional setup, you can pm me. I'll give you a report each from Compete, SEMRush, MajesticSEO, SEOMoz, so you can find out how your competition is doing and make a decent projection plan. Finally, I will even throw in a few bonuses only for you if you can come up with a decent content, and game plan you are going to follow.
