New Google Update? | My Deindexed Sites got re-indexed

Hey guys,

I just check one of my sites today that was de-indexed in Google recently. To my surprise the site was re-indexed. Enthusiastically I checked my other de-indexed sites too and they all are now re-indexed. As I'm typing, I am checking the traffic on these previously 'de-indexed' sites and see that they are getting organic traffic from Google as well.

Is it normal that deindexed sites get re-indexed later?

Should I continue to build links to these sites? (I obviously stopped SEO after they were deindexed)
