Google update and Susan still won't get the fuck out off youtube office
 
This is why I added Pinterest and social media groups for my traffic strategy. Can't just depend on Google.
 
F*** Google, Every time I make significant change on my website a huge updates rolls out. I can’t know if serp changes are from my updates or google ones.

Anyway, I got the ranking I lost in Nov back but I am quite sure it wasn’t because of the update

Anyone has spammy sites that ranked up in December and now lost rank?

Also... you guys are really funny. Someone gets an increase in traffic "I think Google is going in the right direction". Another gets destroyed "GOOGLE IS MESSING EVERYTHING UP"

So what changes did you make which 'probably' helped you recover from the November update?
 
Guys, I see no changes, I started two websites on December 2019, but I see no improvement, I did what I did to improve them, I had another website since 2015, seems it's stable? when this update will be done? anyone knows?
 
I hope that this update will better. Last time they update many are complaining that they lost a big percentage of their traffic..
 
Haven't seen any notable ranking changes across my sites yet, will keep a close eye on things though..
 
This is why SEO and link building is too expensive to maintain. Google is making updates more and more frequently. To depend on Google for business is akin to dancing with fire. You never know when it will burn you alive.

Being in a local, niche related service business...

Everytime BHW starts an "SEO algo update thread" I check rankings, BOOM - Increase! It's about time the hard work, QUALITY links, on page optimization, and well designed articles pay off.

Going from #3 to #1 on several MAIN keywords, with 130% increase in traffic is pure bliss.

My tips, stay away from cheap links. Go for NICHE related and high quality.

I think above all else google is getting smarter everyday regarding articles. First thing I would do is make 100% sure your content is not spun or poor quality.
