New Godaddy Domain Locked for 60days

I purchased a new godaddy domain and it is saying that it locked for 60 days, so I cannot transfer it to my hostgator hosting. I purchased a domain last month with the same thing and I was able to get around it but I cannot remember how. Any ideas?

One of my clients had the same problem. Then he contacted support. The first guy he talked to wasn't quite up to the mark. The he contatced them again and they fixed it

So the moral of the story is - you should contact them

contacted them and they said they could not remove it. I asked will this be the same with all new domains I register and she said yes. But I was able to remove the last one. Anyone?

you are confusing "moving registrars" to "hosting".
2 different things

As Goal Line Technology said, you can't move your domain name to a hosting, you can only move it from a registrar to another, but maybe what you mean is linking the domain with your hosting?

Yes linking the domain to my hosting. I have already changed the nameservers to point my new domain to my hosting. So hopefully will go threw soon. what a tit I am
