New G account for analytics?

He guys, not sure if this should be here, but that was what i thought.

I've got a new site up and I want to install analytics on it. I already have an Analytics acc for another site. Should i create seperate G acc for second site or would i leave any foot prints when i have the 2 on together.

Why not use clicky,no footprints at all

site still hasn't indexed so thats why i thought this might help
