Could be clickjacking? If he has a site that pull traffic he could easily put your URL in his script and get you likes I guess.

Last time I found someone promising a miraculous trick for twitter it was a royal ripoff and all I got was a link to tweetattacks (free ed) and a list of abused, spammy and butt-ugly auto followbacks... But hey, you can't certainly complain about the price... :)
