You spammed it just wait around longer and change up what you write when your posting...
but in other words just invest some money into your facebook page, spamming never lasts long these days :ouch:

It seems it is you with the problems with 60 seconds.

Maybe you are unaware that once they warn you, they make it harder for you to spam. Then they block you.
 
ok thank you for all answers, i will try. we will se :) i was posting 1 year 10s-30s duration, and when spamming like this to website comming 400online people,. when posting 300s-500s comming 10online, no earnings. but i will try how you say, we will se wil i get ban after 20 posts or no.

Just because you USED TO do something doesn't mean it was "ok" then. You just never got caught. Consider yourself lucky. Learn and grow.

Change your methods. Listen to experienced people here who are telling you that you are posting way too much and too fast. Try going with more accounts and less posts, including MUCH LESS frequent posts. You can reach the same goal (total number of posts) but with more accounts. Test in small batches and THEN scale up slowly.
 
i tried with 300s after 10 posts is 10 minutes brake and again posting. anyway still the same, im getting after 21 group posted restricted. I just understand why November 31st was eveything ok, and all year. and when december 1st showed up. everything is changed. i tried to psot with hand, with ninja blaster, with massplaner, all same. i have only 1 solution like you said, loads accounts and less groups. but anyway questions is still not answered why this happened. thank you again to all your answers

Maybe this is the result of what you did in the past and you just got the ban hammer today. Just my thought.
 
I tried the same at work my 3 friends tried at home also. i dont really know. whats about you? no restrictions?
 
i have had exactly the same as OP... november 1 posted many groups.. now New account, new private proxy. after about 15 posts with all diff text temp ban for 7 days.
 
I post hundreds of posts on different fb groups, been doing that for 6 months now, been temp banned once, but I repeated what I've done, and no ban yet as of now.
 
OP your IP is track by FB, try to fix it.
I have same issue. I change my IP and it worked again.

just change your techniques friend and see if your problems will be solved. You might not be spamming but their system may have detected you as a spammer.Anyway all the best
 
i have the same problem and also i have 2 friends they also posting in goup and last 3 days we have this problem we can post in groups without ban ....100 % is some new restriction,maybe in all country its not same (maybe) ...

i can change my ip with proxy, by restarting modem, but not DNS. i mean it never been like that, i think its new restriction.

same here, i get blocked quick. i think new update on the facebook algorithm
