I have seen that Facebook has made some changes to their graph search and are no longer using Bing search. I also noticed that some of the tools for scraping are not working now. Does this signal the end of Facebook graph search scraping or is there a workaround?

I'll separate this into 2 parts:
1. Graph search still works. FB changed it, and also changed the graph search UI, but you can still use it.
Try this search, for example: users that are female and like hagen-dasz
and then choose the PEOPLE tab, and you'll get many results.
2. I don't know which tools you are using, but usually when FB change features an/or the UI, some of those tools take some time to learn the changes and adapt, and then you get an updated version of the tool that worked with the new FB UI.
