I've already created new accounts that were active for a few months, got hundreds of friends, likes, daily messages and still the account was deactivated after a while
I would suggest buying an aged account and warming it up for a few weeks to get better results
you should watch videos, add people recommended by facebook, play games, share posts, give likes in posts from your friends, follow some pages, avoid low quality proxies/vpns...after a few weeks you can make ads safely.

This is definitely a better idea. I will only submit ads on an aged account from a real profile.

you should use 3/4 years old accounts to creat BM. However keep warming up for years.
