How many days waiting to get ads account in new facebook account? What procedures they recommend to not just block the account?

As per facebook there is no wait time to create a ads account but usually people are warming up a new account from a week to a month.

I have a facebook ad account but I never wait for account long time. I can't remember but I think my account approval was on hold for few hours.

You can create account now.You can create ads for your page or some things like that now if your account look legit then they is no risk.
