NEW ERROR: Your account will be suspended soon

I was sent this email 6 times in 10min from IG. So far no pop ups or warnings on the account itself. Any thoughts as to what is causing this/how to fix? Never seen this one before.

Check security settings, update passwords, and report the issue to Instagram if the emails persist.

Keep in mind that the sender email may look legit as it can be spoofed and basically whatever the sender wants. Imagine introducing yourself to a person, you may say whatever you want as your name, but if he calls you back by fake name, you won't recognize it.

If you can't see anything in the account status settings, then I would disregard the email. Wait for more info, you literally can't do anything yet as long as there are no changes in the account itself.
 
it's fake, instagram doesn't warn you like this. If they are going to suspend you then they will just do it. @oldguyjoe is right, it's probably spoofed
 
review your security settings and update your passwords. If the emails continue, report the issue to Instagram.
 
Either they directly suspend the account without any warnings or they dont. This is completely fake!
 
You may need to provide more complete personal information to verify your account, or you change your personal information many times leading to an unreliable account, or someone is trying to log into your account, the center will protect your account by requiring you to verify many times.

That's probably a fake/pishing strategy to still your password. Check real address and any alert/notificaction should be opened from a pop-up through the app not just email.
 
What else are you doing on your account to grow it? Also how many accounts do you have with the same credentials... email ... phone etc.....
 
If you're unable to log in, you may see a field that says "Read More About This Rule." This will tell you the exact reason for the suspension.

when insta drops the hammer they dont warn you its coming

Maybe the sender's email is fake? And they try to put a virus on your computer ir steal your credit cards etc?
