New error in bing ads!

Is anyone else getting this error after creating first ad on new bingads account? I am getting this error on almost all new agency ad accounts or even other personal business verified ad account with threshold. they are new but at least 4+ days old and i am still getting this error when i try to see status of the review of keywords.

Before it was either "pending editorial review" or "ads are showing". i tried to ask microsoft support multiple times but as you know they are the most useless thing ever, told me to increase bid or budget. i did it but nothing worked.

The problem i noticed with this error is that either the account 100% gets banned or account does not spend single cent even for days. one of my personal business account is still getting this after 10 days of creating ads.

This reminds me of a previous client of mine who had this problem when he got his account. But he lambasted my account for being a turd .....

Usually clients stay for a few days when they get their account, rather than setting it up right away.

And for most accounts starting this month, there will be a 24-48 hour review period.
