Hello I looking method how to increase sell limits for new eBay Stealth Account (100items and $7500 per mothly). I will pay for this techinque, method. please help me, thanks

Sell a few items without any negative feedbacks (5 should suffice) and then make a request manually the following month. It is easy to get this volume of items limit. Anything above, ebay will ask for supplier invoices, proof of business or proof of ownership of products etc.

I have the same question , And I am using US fake data , so I tried to call the agent asked me to verify my data , apparently they have access to public records database where they can validate you name and address and some other info like what was the last car you owned , where do you live before this address , etc ...
So it when answering these questions wrong the agent refuses to increase the limits
Any thoughts ?

A real US phone and real US address is a must if you want these limits right off the bat.

Skype will be ok for it? Where u get a US address? I use fakenamegenerator

No, a real landline or cell phone registered in the US. You also need a real US address that shows up in a database. Not having either lowers your chances of getting automatic limit increases and high initial limits.

I found that having a good premium unused phone number gives you a higher chance of getting a starting account with higher limits. Good luck

Please note - requesting for limitation removals is a bad idea with stealth accounts. You should let them grow naturally with positive feedback each month buying/selling.
I have a few stealth accounts myself and limit increases have varied throughout each account all with 100% feedback.

on a stealth account, you cannot ask for a limit increase for the first 90 days.
if you try, they will ask you questions that you will not have an answer to.

after 90 days, it is relatively safe to call ebay and ask for limit increase
