New eBay Account: Using Proxy Dangers

Hello! My account was suspended, so i am going to create new eBay&Paypal account with totally different info and credit card. For security reasons i will buy proxy (from http://www.proxy-n-vpn.com/) and use it every time i will log in to my eBay&PP account. The reason that IP address of proxy and eBay registration address will be different, is not there risks that my account will be suspended again for that?

eBay has known to ban accounts if they they detect proxies. Spend a few bucks extra and go VPS.

Thanks! So I will use this site: http://www.win-vps.com/ (WOOD VPS). So there will be no problems & risks if I will use VPS,right? (In eBay registration address i will use Georgian address, because i live here)

You need a fresh IP, dedicated VPN/VPS. Most VPS websites do not offer this. Don't just use the cheapest option as it may cause problems for your account.
 
You can also try out 24vc.com. They are highly recommended by people and has a lot of good reviews when use for stealth.
 
look for dedicated vpn because many vpn services reuse their ips
 
You should use dedicated VPS for new ebay account. It's better than Proxy and VPN
