New eBay account question

i created a new ebay account, and they won't let me sell certain items. however it says there is no limit on my account. i have 6 positive feedback already.

Iss my account in the 21 days "new account hold", or am I just not allowed to sell certain semi-high risk items until I've established some seller history? What's the quickest way to get out of this situation? Thanks

Try list the first product for sell, than see limits.

This is always a limit, even if they don't show it on account.

There is a quick way to do this and there is the safe way to do this. I build account up for a year with 500 feedbacks before I list risky stuff gradually. I have never had problems with eBay.
