New domains worth anything?

Dear BHW friends, sorry the original post got slaughtered because I used some wrong language and I could not find out what it was. So here is the essence:

Are the new domains worth anything? I mean the new endings like info or vision
How much harder is it to rank those compared to a regular one?Does anyone know?

There seem to be many cool names up for grabs, just wondering if all of those are trash...

It takes time to rank them, You are not going to get result in a day or so.

Are all the same as all TLDs on this planet. Are better in few cases to remember, can be user friendly, nothing more.
How can you think that Google may penalize or benefit a domain based on its extension? It's unthinkable.

I did not think that but I noticed that the majority of people here were of the opinion that your domain HAS TO be dotkom.
And I did not want to mess up the first step...again

btw this is my first thread feels good not to be lurker anymore hehe

Listen too many opinions confuses you, if you feel you know exactly what happens.
It is not absolutely true that the .COM domains are easier to rank.
They are simply the most authoritative and people see the .com as something that has more value than other extensions.

In the Google's eyes are all the same.

There are plenty of popular websites that do not have .com's. It takes time to rank a domain and build a site. Needless to say the days of EMD's are gone.

Of course they're worth something. They're not going to have much worth off of the bat for resale value even if you happened to obtain a single word domain name like Insane.Pro... but what value it does hold is if you hold onto the domain, develop it, and end up marketing it to people... You need to realize the inherent value of the idea that you are holding and get rid of the limitations in your mind that prevent you from realizing that there is much more worth to things than you initially even realize

I dont know OP. There are so many domain extensions its crazy. Like hundreds and hundreds - not just country extension either. Look a domain up on gandi.
