New Domains Myth ?

Hi guys!

i saw a lot of people here in bhw and in other forums saying that we should puch the new domains a slowly at the begining ... and in the same time i know a ton of people who just build a website every week in small niches and build a lot of links for it using article directorie and link wheels and videos and commenting and just let everything blend in together and start a new site and so on ... am i missing someting ?

how could the websites of this people get ranked while it's "bad" to build a lot of links at one time, is building 10-20 links a day for a new domain is really not good ?

i just baught a new domain name and i'd like to focus on building links for the next 2 weeks then start a new site ... i really like this business model because it's easy and fun! but i don't really know the limits of building links ...

Can somebody help me to get rid of the confusion i have ?

Yep so long as you aren't trying to get 20k links from link dumps and known bad neighbourhoods you should be fine. If you are thinking about 10-20 links per day you shouldn't get penalised for anything like that.

OMG i was very limited with this idea !!!! pff ...

so getting 10-20 links a day from teh following sources isn't harmful ? :

-web 2.0 sites (linkwheels)
-quality article directories
-bookmarking sites
-add a few comments a day "5 or so" in quality high pr related blogs
-the angela method
-Video Sites

i'ma sking about this specefic list because this is how i'm planing to promote all my niche sites in teh future .

i wana launche a site every 2 weeks or so, creating it and building links for it using the above methods and move on to an other one, is this possible ?

You should be fine with that strategy. Doesn't seem too spammy. Link velocity is what some folks worry about. 10k in one day, or a few days sends up a flag.

lots of bollocks actually, google is always updating their algorithm and so far they are cracking down on spammers/blackhatters.
so getting 10-20 links a day from teh following sources isn't harmful ? :

if you can do just 1 of each for 5 days, you can practically dominate any niche keywords. your site will shoot up to 1st page within 2 -3 weeks and continue building a link a day and you will gain top 2 spots of google.
i dont even need to do social bookmarking or linkwheel, just natural backlink from ezine will do the trick.

This is based on inurl and intitle searches for your keywords less than 5k.

hmmmmmthe thing is you are going to have to do some research and see what happens. I have had new sites lsited top of google in 2 weeks. Others no-where after 6 months...same thing. Drives me razy.

As long as it takes google some time to see the links your good just make sure you have a steady growth of links
