New domain, which one should I use and WHY?

Guys, i think we have a problem.

KeywordSite.com is already taken, what a miss i did! But the Keywordsite.net and .org is available.
Should i take one of these or what should i do? Can i add something after Keyword like KeywordX.com ? Or would that be to spammy?

Help me out guys..

Never talk about the domains you would like to purchase in forums ^^. I made myself this experience and lost good domains.

When looking for a word to add to your keyword without affecting SEO too much look at his list:
Code:
http://www.link-assistant.com/seo-stop-words.html

These are stopwords, ignored by most search engines.
The letter x is in the list...;)

One thing to consider: more characters in the stopword will decrease the keyword density. I'm not sure how important this is though...maybe someone here knows.

If you don't mind sacrificing some SEO advantage and rather go for a cool, brandable name with your keyword in it, play around a little at this site:

Code:

Actually be careful researching at certain domain registrars such as Network Solutions. Some domains I was researching and couldn't decide upon were suddenly reserved upon my return the following day.

Vincent88: No, i wont say my keyword domain here, only which tld i should have and what stop word i would have. :) But thanks man.

blackhit: Thanks for the to links.

Im so much for KeywordX.com now, but i dont know if it looks to spammy or not. Have you seen something like this or what do you think over it all?

betbaby: Thats true. But thanks for the warning! :) Its good to share things like that to each other.

yeah this has happened to me a few times. I recommend doing research on what you want to buy and then once searching for a domain and it's a bombshell, buy it on the spot.

If you can get exact match for the .com, .net, or .org, then take it. Otherwise, take the .com and add a word to the end like bluepantsonline.com or bluepantssales.com or bluepantstoday.com. Pretty simple but effective strategy.

I thinke i have to go with KeywordX.com . But does that " X " look to spammy?

What about a .co are these better then a .org/.net ?
