yes, very easy approval if first time for the domain it's like 3-5 days
if rejected once it will take 10-15days for reapplication of domain

You have to tell users how you will use their data. There are lots of examples online and free resources - try searching for "privacy policy generator" lots of results will come up

here is some tips from me :
- google loves quality article built for human. (a few months ago my blog accepted with only 7 article, the article is around 1k-3k word each)
- some pages like contact/privacy and about me
- dont use shiny theme with a catchy widget everywhere, a simple theme with a good navigation is better.
