I am working on a new digital marketing helpdesk website and wanted your opinion on the type of answers you would like.
The way it works:
1. You ask a question.
2. An expert answers it - no second guessing & no information overload - FACT BASED ANSWERS ONLY!
I am struggling between which type of content to use to produce to answer the questions:
1. Long form (good for seo and backlinks and internal links).
2. List format (great for users because it's easier to read and to the point).

I rarely bother reading any articles/posts that are not structured. I mainly read the sub-headings to determine whether I want to read the whole thing or not.
