Hello! I am writing a study on crypto wallets, known by the type of meta mask, safe plus, and so on, I know. Please answer 2 questions: Which crypto wallet do you use? Why?

There are thousands of different "crypto wallets". Spanning from easy offline ledger etc. , to software wallets like metamask, exchange wallets, nodes (wich is more of a security, not really a wallet per se).

Personally im using a wallet on any exchange i use (wich is a few, including ftx, just a few days ago lol), metamask for daily defi use, and ledger as a secure storage (its not really secure though.... the pen and paper wallet is the best option if you need to feel real safe).

atm rabby wallet, it give me more detail on transaction and approval. very helpful to a void scam

Metamask.

*Cold-wallet (you hold your own key)
*Support every types of networks such ethereum, binance smart chain, polygon, avalanche, harmony, valas etx
*easy web3 / dex integration

I use Trust Wallet to store all my crypto, because it is decentralized and I am never an idiot to give away the seed phrase.
So, although Trust Wallet is decentralized, the reason why I actually use it, is because I am not an idiot.
Sorry, but being accurate in a different way has been my success strategy in getting awesome engagement in Youtube, so it has become a habit for me to reply in a manner that is accurate as per my particular case.

MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, Trust Wallet, there's a bridge protocol WalletConnect that helps you connect with tons of different wallets. Robinhood just released a beta version of their Wallet seating on Polygon blockchain.

If you want a breakdown by demography, US is 60% + Coinbase, Globally MetaMask is probably no.1 serious players use cold wallets in addition to browser based wallets and native app wallets to manage their goodies... Hope that helps.

Get a ledger or a Trevor mate

Trezor for security purposes.
If you have any more questions, officer, I lost it in a boating accident sorry.

For software wallets: Metamask

For hardware: Trezor (like it better than Ledger)

If you are building a wallet app, TrustWallet Core is a good solution.

I use Exodus Wallet & Trust Wallet to store crypto. The reason why I use them, is because these are decentralized wallets, so the user's crypto are always in the hands of user, rather than being stored by a third party.
In this way, (in terms of being secured) storing crypto in a centralized exchange is similar to having your money in a bank, whereas storing crypto in decentralized wallet is similar to having your crypto locked up in your own ownership (which is much more secured).
IMPORTANT : NEVER under any circumstances at all whatsoever, (in crypto) should you reveal your private keys or seed phrases to anyone.

I use Metamask, but sometimes you could have problems recovering your wallet on Metamask.

Trust Wallet for more secure and decentralized.
I don't think it makes much sense to keep money in crypto banks
