This site doesn't look to trust worthy to me. there are plenty of great CPA networks that pay on time like clockwork. take the time to get accepted into Hydramedia you will not be let down by these people.

Maybe there should be a sticky list of all good programs to join. Like split the list into CPA/CPM/CPC whatever and if each of the "expert"/senior members got manage a list then all who want to share such a list could PM them and they could evaluate it before adding it to the sticky.
