This could (potentially) be huge trouble for those who rely on autoblogs for their revenue from Adsense and others.
Good news is that this might not get implemented due to publishers not agreeing on terms or whatnot, and if it does, it'll probably take a long time to do so. Oh, and there's the whole "rewriting" thing. However, it definitely would shake things up a bit.
