New Client for local SEO help!

So I structured my business away from SEO, but every time I go to do a pitch that's what people keep asking me about AND of course none of these small business owners are trying to pay real SEO (1500/m+) fees. But I figure BHW can solve everything so I took this new job on.

The guy owns a mobile locksmith company and I made him a mobile website. I want to set up a G+ business page for him to drive some traffic. Anyone have advice on how I can drive business to the mobile site as quick as possible? Also because we have it set up where I don't get paid until I drive his first customer. Which I think is fair but still as pain in my A$$.

Suggestions? Freelancers? Care to do it for me and take a nice chunk of the profits??

You need to have G+, FB, Twitter and Linkedin pages to market your business. You are limiting your business only with G+.
You start sharing valuable information, tips and tricks about the product you are selling. Find pages similar to your niche and post some good comments there (don't promote your page directly, you may get banned). Try to get more fans on your business page automatically you will get sales.
You must see your G+, FB and other pages as how you see your website, with love and care. It should look more professional.
This is the free way to get traffic. If you have budget then you can try giving add's in social medias.

you should google" how to make a quality web2.0" and start from there. build strong web2.0 and send some social signals to them they be able to rank for local search usally

--Wrong. I studied some SEO, but I didn't want to build my business around it. Its a mobile web client but I always offer G+ setup, but this guy wants results quickly.

Only quick results in Google is PPC.

Go spend $100 on his site and take what ever he pays as your profit.

Thats more like it. I think all the advice here is great. You think them being locksmiths will have any effect? Since people kind of look for locksmiths only at the time they are needed.
