Passing no judgement on whether this product is good, bad or of no use. I love forex bots myself but thought I should pass this along.

the SEC, FINRA and NFA are all about to issue major rulings on cash forex trading. They are proposing to reduce the leverage from 100:1 -400:1 down to only 10:1. In addition, they are looking into all the promotions of forex systems and plan on taking actions. What actions I do not know, this is just what I have been told. It is supposed to happen within the next 60-90 days - again what I have been told and have read.

To stay safe, make sure you do not promote any types of expected returns other than hypothetical. Do not infer that someone can make big cash now etc. Additionally, anything promoting investment or trading HAS to have the appropriate disclaimer disclosures. Make sure you all have them on your pages somewhere.

This is not to be a downer, this product actually looks pretty good. Just trying to keep everyone out of the radar when the shit hits the fan. This is related to the FTC thing as well, they are cracking down on promotional types of stuff, this has now moved to forex but since that is considered an investment, the penalties are way harsher than normal should the govt think you are in violation.

well the real problem is when you put something on the web theres a whole new set of rules that apply - and thats the problem (what your referring to in the rules - is what advisors/brokers/traders have to adhere too)

if your site markets to US residents then you have to abide by the investments act - so what that means is you have to be registered to do that.... so again they get you one way or the other.

you are running a huge risk promoting this at this time - not through any fault of your own or making no judgement on the product - but it's just 3 years too late.

Sorry but...what is this? Ive read all the things and read the website and i cant know what is it.

Hi Mark,

How many average PIPs per day are you making with the bot and are there any pairs the bot works better with ?

It's been proven that you cannot accurately calculate the refund rate using Clickbank's stats!

In Marks example, he has several upsells, plus a discount offer all affecting the $/sale.

Now that said - I have no doubt the refund rate will be somewhat high since it is Forex... but 30% may not be accurate...
