New blog - what now ?

Hi,

I just create my new blog about fitness and health guide 3 days ago. I have posted 80 guides on it, but no page is index yet :(. What i should do now ?
 
Advertise on BHW
submit blog to search engines and start building back links slowly to high PR authority sites.

Is this on your own domain?
Is your content unique?
Do you have any backlinks yet?
 
That blog is on blogspot :( . I have some PLR articles. Don't have any backlink :(. Don't know where to start.
 
I also use Blogger and PLR articles and till now the results are not so good,but I just continue doing my job.My advice:
1.Spun the articles as much as you can.
2.Check the keyword density and make it 2-3%-this is a must
3.Start building backlinks:
-find related forums
-write articles-Squidoo,Hub and etc.
-try to find blogs to comment on-take your time and leave good comments.
4.Do onpage SEO:
-add tags
-change the structure-blog/title shoud be title/blog-you will have better chance for longtail keywords
5.Add privacy page,about page and contact page-a must if you use adcent :)
6.Use some seo tools-plenty here in the forum
7.Don't give up if you don't see any results immediately-health niche is overcrowded.
8.Pray
9.Seek advice here if something is too complicated for you.
10.Have fun.

All my articles keywords density is about 2% - 5% ( i check with a program ). My blog main keyword has 6000 search / month and medium competition.
 
80 postings in 3 days...I remeber reading that's not the best way to go (doesn't look natural to Google) if you do your niche and keyword research right, you should be ok but I think some niches might be easier/quicker than others just from my personal experience - fitness and health is a bit competitive. I would give it a few more days, things don't happen overnight...also check your ping list, make sure you're hitting all the right targets. Make sure you have Google XML Sitemap Generator and stat press plugins.

How many post per day would it be a great quantity in order to achieve good google rank?
 
I don't recommend blogger. They ban your blogs when you're building a large quantity of backlinks, even if your blog is few years old. And I don't mean ban from serps, they lock your entire blog so you cant use it anymore.

I went through an autoblog tutorial that suggested about two posts per day for around 3/4 weeks but this is with a new unseasoned domain. If you've had your domain for a while or purchased one with some history you can push things more. All my domains are new so I start out posting 2 articles a day then after 3 weeks I up it to anywhere between 5-15 a day depending on the niche. I believe there are other factors to consider as well but I don't know everything - maybe someone else can chime in with their experiences.
 
Ok :). I will try to post 2-3 articles /day. But how many days it take to idex rest of pages ? :)
 
I know it is not so blackhat, but try to get some natural link exchanges too. They will last 'forever' and help prop you up when times get bad.
 
Don't worry. Have patience. Your blog will be indexed within few days. I have not done any SEO or backlinking still in past my blogger blog was indexed in 6-10 days.
 
Very easy just start doing following things:-
1. Bookmark each post to Digg, Propeller, Delicious and Mister-wong bookmarking site (confirm Indexing after this)
2. Ping each post.
 
Unique content is key. If you can't write well, or you don't have any friends that can write well either. Outsource it. You can do it here. Or there are lots of freelancers websites. Fiverr.com is another.. I'd recommend it. Lots of english native writers there.
