Hello Friends,

I am making a new blog finding software. My concept is to get as many blogs possible from Top 12 to 16 blog search engines.

I am going to find following fields,

0) Website Screenshots
1) Blog URL
2) Post URL
3) Blog Author
4) Blog PR
5) Post PR
6) Do follow /No follow status
7) Number of outgoing links
8) Number of backlinks
9) List of backlinks
10) Can Comment on post?
11) Published Date
12) Post Snippet
13) Post Title
14) Number of posts
15) Language

This Program finds blogs in any languages !

Important features are .edu, .gov blogs, Do follow/Nofollow links finder

Here is the UI screenshot of this program

If you guys have any suggestion for any features to add in this program.. Please do.

I will think seriously on it.

Thanks,
Kalrudra

C'mon Guys, what are your new ideas?

Looks great, would like to test it out. Would be cool if you could determine if you have to log in to comment, since a lot of times pages where registration is needed to comment allow d0f0llow links, and there are probably many pages where nobody added a real anchor link there so as to test it.
Regards

Looks good, interface looks clean as well. All the best

blogcommentdemon already do this.

It's a blog searching and analyzing app. it's not a commentor..

Commentors are dime a dozen..

Good blog analyzer is not there.

This app finds do follow, nofollow links by watching comments on the page..

So it's most accurate..

Also, This is the first run of complete blog management system.

Goal and use of this software is different than what is perceived.

:)

This is tricky part and need lots of research data.

I will implement this feature when I get enough research data.

Thanks for the suggestion. :)

great idea, for my mind it has everything that ppl could need.
maybe some nice export features :-) csv, txt, clipboard.
or maybe some intern browser that let you comment right away.

Oh and maybe that ppl can save projects and load them and got a list of blogs and can mark them as working/not working/commented/live comment

thats my thoughts :-) looks real nice till now

Looks great. I want it today :D

Couple of thoughts..

  • Adding a pause button would be useful, as (for me at least) sometimes I want to download something during a run, and it's useful to pause mid run rather than having to stop the run or wait till it's finished.
  • How about some kind of crash recovery? (SB uses crashdump logging) not sure if you feel this would be useful
  • Is there any way to check whether WP blogs have akismet enabled?
Don't want much, do I hehe! ... I'm not a programmer you see, so I don't know what might be possible.

Hi Kalrudra
I have few suggestions for you.Have you seen "blog talk monitor" ?!

Basically it is a small app which lets you set up alerts to get latest updates on your keyword.Alerts can be obtained from several sources like google news, twitter trends, google trends and google alerts and so on.

It also displays number of results in increments of 10,25,50 and so on.

also shows the alexa rank of each domain which returned in the results.

hope you get some ideas.

P.S i liked your WW program also.Goodluck with this too :-)

This is a great idea, I would really love a chance to test it out when you feel it's ready :)

Great idea OP would love to test this baby when u feel its ready :)

Nice!! Really digging this, a lot of potential here. Add me to the list of wannabe testers.

I use auto-approved blogs which I link to my 3rd tier pyramids. If this tool could find newly created blogs which have yet to be spammed, that would be ideal. They would be PR0 being new blogs and all, but I like PR diversity as well as link diversity.

The final touches are being put to it and then some testing will be done...

is it possible to detect auto approve blogs? (newbie question)
