Congrats dude!
Find clickbank products in your particular niche that you can push at your members, may help bring in some extra revenue. CPA offers may also be a good money earner.
I definitely wouldn't move away from this membership site, until you've milked it for every penny you can squeeze out of it.
Getting itchy feet and wanting to jump on to the next big idea, is a mistake many noobs make.
Get this site earning over $2000 consistently each day, then either hire someone to run it for you or sell it on for big bucks!
Good Luck!
This is my favorite post in the thread. You nailed it - a lot of guys hit a goal and then they want to start a NEW project in some flashy niche everyone's talking about and HIT IT BIG this time... when really what they should be doing is scaling their business more as it is.
I am not commenting on OP here just people in general - I've even done this before.
OP, you're a badass and most people on here would kill to get to where you are - they are so obsessed with finding the easiest, most automated way to do something, but that is only PART of the equation. Quality and real hard work to create value not only increases ROI and longevity, but in the long term you'll have something you can sell to a business buyer for a lot more money.
If i were you OP, I would look into things like a facebook page, posting your webinar recordings there, or short samples of them if the webinars are only for subscribers. You can then run facebook ads to your page, continue growing your community on there and get sales from it. If you need help setting up your fb page or certain tabs like an email subscription tab on your facebook page, let me know. I don't offer services but I am here for advice if you need it. I respect what you have done.
