No you cannot use this method because it is not described well enough for anyone to evaluate. Also why post the picture to ask this question?

Don't ever implement this for two reasons.

1. ADFOC.us shaves and doesn't pay

2. Hitleap traffic will get you banned at not just Hitleap, but also ADFOC.us

Adfoc and adfly will ban you with hitleap traffic.
