So I have a website which is submitted to a competition and requires votes.
1. Is there some websites / crowdsourcing tools out there to get a few votes? and if so - How specific can you be i.e multi IP - etc
2. As you can see by my language im being vague - if these websites exist can I remain annonymous in my brief until we agree a price?
3. How much would you expect to pay per vote?
