Found this site when searching about ebay stealth. Came upon a utube video by " crazeenydriver" a long winded talk saying that ebay stealth is illegal and shut down. My wife's ebay account was shut down in August 2013 for dsr ratings. We are small sellers of items left from our antique store that we closed years ago. Just trying to understand all this and figure out what to do, seems a lot to learn here, but we're not as young as some of you and not as computer smart. Any hope for us old folks? thanks

Sell them to private people, rather than on a website, try to find re-sellers?

Selling old stock from your former shop is perfectly legal. Contact Ebay, show them some invoices and your former shop's logo, address, etc.... Shouldn't be a problem.

I am lost.I am older as well and trying to figure this mess out. I have read so many different ways to restart my selling on ebay again that I don't know which way to turn. I lost my ebay account after selling for 3 years. I was rated low stars for shipping. Everything that I worked for was gone. Now, I don't know how to start back up. I am just a single mom selling random stuff to keep a float.Can you steer me in the right direction. Is it so complicated? I just don't have the $ to buy accounts, etc. Please help!I am just posting this general question around to see if someone reads this or has figured it out. I am really dumb in this area. Oh. I don't have a business license.

eBay and PayPal stealth accounts first of all break terms of service but you do not have to
worry about the police breaking down your door so people saying it is illegal are completely
wrong. People get into trouble with what they use stealth accounts for not the stealth accounts
themselves.

If eBay permanently suspended you then you can call them for a reconsideration, but you have
a horrible chance of them actually doing anything about. Face it your a small time seller and even
if you were a big seller eBay does not care about individuals.

Best way to get back to selling on eBay is with eBay stealth accounts and I have a free guide I made
myself that outlines all steps to safely use a stealth account.
