New and could use some advise

I?m new to all this and could really use some helpful advise or answers. I?ve tried a couple of times to sign up with Yottacash and Friendlyduck, and each time I either receive no email about my sign up being accepted or get an email telling me I can?t use the account until it?s been approved. Well it?s been 3 months so I doubt I?m going to hear anything and would like to know if there is some special trick to signing up.
