New(?) Aliexpress dropship expedite option

HI all, looking into the dropshipping thing, scouring for info and found silkroad -dot- io (not the infamous one which interfaces with your shopify store and shows you (at this time) limited aliexpress items.

If you pay the silkroad mo service you have an option for shipping to be just 7 days and not the 14-30+ which seems to be a major hamstring to drop shippers getting off the ground.

I am wondering: is this Aliexpress 'express' a new thing? How is silkroad accessing it? Any way to back door that functionality into Woo? Or do via AE directly?

Any info appreciated.
