New algorithm - what settings are safe?

Hello!

As I have understood it, Instagram seems to have changed its algorithm. I would appreciate if people could post what settings they have been using the last days and wether they have gotten banned/flagged or not?

I have been going slow the last week, with my one month old account with Mass planner:
Follow around 100 a day
Like around 100-200 a day
Unfollow every 2-3 days or so, and then unfollow around 100.

No problems (obviously) with these low settings but how much more could I press these numbers up?

Having no problems with IG new (have they ?? ) algo.

8 months old accs, half of them are phone verified.
unfollow 0800 - 1300
follow 1400-2300
posting 5-8 times quality content.

Following and unfollow 800-950 a day. Monday is a free day

Right now I am following 500-600 on a daily bases, with my 6 months old accounts, and everything is going good. I will say that as long as you are using at least 3 months old account, and folloin and unfollowing at the same time - everything will be okay.
